Norm's Barber Shop was established on November 6, 1968
at 713 East Main Street in Brownsburg, Indiana, as a three
chair barber shop . Norm Ooley was established as the owner
and Mike Ooley as a barber.

As the business grew other barbers were added. In 1976 the
old building was torn down and built a six chair salon. In
November of 1984  Norm purchased 601 East Main Street and
after adding to the building and extensive remodeling opened
as Norm's Barber and Beauty Salon on May 22, 1985.

In January 2004 Norm's Barber & Beauty Salon was renamed to
Norm's Main Street Hair Co.
